Kasich at The City Club; Most Valuable Volunteer; Fighting Asthma in Slavic Village

Are some kids predisposed to having asthma, simply because of where they live?
Studies prove the allegation.  How those living in Slavic Village are working to help children breathe easier. 

Governor John Kasich spoke at The City Club of Cleveland about his accomplishments and what still needs to be done once he leaves office.
